Tailored Suboxone treatment just for you.
SERVICES
During your initial intake, our provider will conduct a thorough review of your comprehensive medical history and perform a detailed assessment. This step is crucial to determine if Suboxone treatment is the right fit for you. In addition, we will arrange necessary laboratory tests during this visit to ensure the safety and efficacy of Suboxone for your specific needs. Once these lab results are in, we'll be ready to smoothly transition you into the Initiation Phase of your treatment.
01
Intake
The primary goal of the initiation phase is to commence your Suboxone treatment and fine-tune the dosage to suit your specific needs. To achieve this, we start by prescribing short courses of Suboxone, coupled with regular follow-up visits. Typically, these visits occur once a week for the first three weeks. This approach allows us to closely monitor your response to the medication and adjust the dosage accordingly, ensuring a personalized treatment plan that is optimized for your unique situation.
02
Initiation
Once we have your appropriate dosage dialed in, it's smooth sailing. Each month we would conduct a follow up visit to ensure that your dosage still works for you and refill the medication. Periodic urine tests need to be analyzed, but don't worry we can arrange those for you to be sent directly to your home or completed at a nearby lab.
