Subo Health offers treatment services for opioid use disorder and dependence onsite at Fortitude Treatment Center every Friday from 1-5pm. Here is what you need to know:

Visits are covered by your Medicaid Insurance or free if uninsured.

Medications will primarily be through injectable forms, that only require administration once a month.

You can sign up using the booking link below or by adding your information directly on the sign up sheet on the Fortitude bulletin board or outside the treatment room. We will also attempt to take walk in appointments when available.
